Returns Policy:

Kittycat Corsets & Clothing are of the highest quality and are assured for 30days from purchase.

If any fault is found with the garment the customer can choose between an exchange, repair, credit note or full refund if they meet the following conditions:

1.) Original receipt/proof of purchase must be presented.

2.) The garment/item must not show deliberate tampering/failure to adhere to the care conditions described on the receipt.

3.) All returns, exchanges and credit note claims must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

4.) Product has not been worn (outside of trying on the garment when picking up)

Failure to adhere to these conditions will void warranty of the product and Kittycat Corsets reserves the right not to issue a refund, credit or exchange.

A Fault for the purposes of this Policy is as follows:

1.) Deterioration of the fabric, loose stitching, boning protruding through the fabric, rips/tears in the fabric.

Change of mind policy.

No refunds, credits or exchanges will be issued for change of mind for any reason.

Deposit) Minimum $50 Deposit On items over $50 (this is NON-REFUNDABLE).

Duration) is STRICTLY 3 Months.

Payments) MUST be made Monthly

Failure to Adhere to these conditions may result in the loss of the deposit and Kittycat Corsets reserves the right to sell the item to cover any losses.

Care Instructions:

While Kittycat Corsets are sturdily built, they are not intended for waist training purposes. Regular social wear is fine, but they are not designed for daily high compression.

Cleaning: It is a good idea to get your corset dry cleaned at a trusted dry-cleaner. Pvc corsets should be hand washed, and dried out of direct sunlight.

Lacing: We recommend lacing your corset slowly, adjusting each lace from top to middle, and from bottom to middle (If you are unsure of how to lace your corset up, I am more than happy to demonstrate the technique in person when you collect the item). You should also tighten the corset gradually to allow your body to get used to the compression to allow for greater comfort while wearing your corset. While the grommets are applied with care, applying undue force to the article could void your warranty
